didn t work in our room and one of the night staff ladies let me use the microwave in the kitchen

the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, we had a great room with a kitchen

new with modern touches, breakfast was good, bacon and eggs.

during the breakfast, the other lady was very just kind to all the guest and especially to little ones

hot breakfast was excellent

breakfast was absolutely amazing

wonderful breakfast and great coffee

complimentary breakfast was fantastic, so good that we ended up opting to have supper there too

staff, comfy beds, and even though we arrived 15 minutes late for the included breakfast, we were still able to use our coupons and the owner even let us order from the full menu

both reception and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful

like the room with complete setting of kitchen and dining area

were upgraded from a two bed room to a kitchenette suite for no extra charge the day we arrived

there isn't a restaurant or kitchen attached to the facility.

room was in disarray; the beds were stripped, the kitchen area was dirty

comfortable bed and basic kitchenette did the job for a night

the kitchen staff also were just wearing their outside clothes while in the kitchen so hygiene didn't

great access to the room and parking area

parking lot an ice field / shower not very clean/ only a few channels for tv

- prime parking is occupied by employees

i was on crutches and the parking lot was very icy.

we slept very well and woke to a decent breakfast

breakfast was fine, not too much, but there were enough choices to get you through the morning

the jacuzzi in the room, i appreciated the cold aspects of the breakfast and coffee

missed the hot tub and a wash room close to the swimming pool for the kid

that and the pool was down, but

was tired and stressed out to my eyeballs and traveling with two kids and a bearded dragon

we arrived late with out 2 kids and the staff was very friendly

did not have the breakfast that my reservation showed

staff was terrific. room was clean and well stocked kitchen.

the pool was closed the last two days and there wasn't a microwave with the kitchenette.
