accommodations were fantastic, we stayed in cabin #7,, fully outfitted kitchen, beds small but very very comfortable

we had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen (room 426) which was perfect for our family (+) didn t use kitchen but everything there to enjoy a simple meal (+) kitchen is well furnished and a few steps to a boardwalk along the lake (-)kitchen had a lack of knives and no steak knives (+) felt like being home especially with everything in the kitchen right there (+) 3 levels with full kitchen, laundry facilites and even a private secure parking garage attached to the villa (-)and heavily overgrown landscaping it s very clear it s a staff entrance and back of the kitchen

we had a large apartment style room with separate bedroom, lounge and full kitchen with balcony overlooking the lake

when you re paying that kind of money for a suite with a kitchen i expected more than a microwave

i went in to grab one and the kitchen worker came out a bit dissatisfied i was in the room

broke since last year and the waffle maker situation is awful, they stick constantly and the kitchen employee encouraged everyone to use this waffle maker conditioning spray as cooking spray

they sent me an email with the option to tip the staff, we decided the kitchen staff could use a $5 tip and went ahead to fill out the process to do so

the staff were friendly but the kitchen crew where quite visibly annoyed at the disorganisation of the guests in the breakfast area

the facilities are great, rooms, pool, breakfast, kitchen staff, morning shift staff, etc.
