immaculately clean room. disabled parking right outside. tasty breakfast.

christmas was all around the territory of the hotel - cool apres ski bar and lights path

we had been reminded on checkin that breakfast was included in our room rate as we had forgotten and ended up buying coffee and pastry

breakfast in the cow shed was superb and our room was perfect

also apart from the rooms the dining and bar facilities are very good

wifi was excellent

even the room with shared bathroom has access to a kitchen

the shared kitchen was fab for late evening chats while the pub karaoke was happening downstairs

the friendliest most helpful staff. big kitchen, cooking and clothes washing facilities. 11/10

family run business so friendly we had a few drinks in the bar below with a few of the locals and had a wonderful time

additionally, connecting to the wifi can be a bit tricky, so it's helpful to have someone assist you with that

we asked for late check out which was given with no extra charge

the hotel's bar is a great place to unwind after a long day of meetings

for our family visit, staff were friendly and helpful, very accommodating especially with the bar

no hand soap, only shower gel attached to the wall so in order to wash my hands in the kitchen i had to go into the bathroom, step into the shower for soap and then back to the kitchen

and dirty extraction fan, tiny sink in bathroom which you cod do little with but second sink in kitchenette, moth holes in curtains

the rooms are very well appointed, spotlessly clean, light & bright with a mini kitchen area

the room had a garden view, open plan kitchen, the bed was comfortable & i had free netflix

useful to have the kitchen

the bathroom was clean, the room was massive with an open plan kitchen, and patio to garden

on a busy road, the rooms where not as advertised differing from the online pictures, no kitchenette just a basic tea and coffee area and shared bathroom facilities

stayed in a king suite so plenty of space and loved the kitchen area; very handy

really conveniently located for tottenham hotspur stadium, the rooms are beautiful with a small kitchen
