nice room, large and spacious. loved the king sized bed and kitchenette.

was extremely comfortable and we had a kitchenette so was able to make some of our meals

great desk, microwave, refrig, couch, chair and even a kitchen sink

when i called the front desk for a late check out, the man was really sleazy to work with and he gave us another hour

pool had so much debris floating in it i couldn't get in to swim without feeling super dirty

loved everything especially the staff they were great, the swimming pool and hot tub and the comfy beds and the way the rooms are set up like a real apartment

when we entered the our room, we're like walked in a actual house with a very nice kitchen setup

also the fact that there was a kitchenette was a huge bonus

was excellent, even a bit too much, i didn't have any use for the kitchen, although i guess it's good for a long stayers

the size of the rooms were nice, we got the one bedroom suite with the full kitchen which is something we always need when traveling with kids who are picky eaters

did not expect to have a full kitchen and such a large bathroom

on top of that they provide breakfast and have a pool, 2 spas, a gym and a laundry

there was a lot of restaurants near by which was nice for the kids as well

my kids were barefoot in the room and their feet were pretty gross

i even talked to the kitchen staff if they didn’t have ” bacon “ because i have gastritis and the sausage served

were top notch, which brings me to the staff, you couldn't ask for nicer people working in the kitchen area

your staff is lovely especially lynn in the kitchen

and my bucket was dirty, but the staff at the front washed it for me and got me some ice from the kitchen

was a suite with a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bedroom

things that didn’t match our expectations given the higher price per night: no towels in pool area, pool area not v tidy or clean, no firewood given for fire pit, some staff were not very
