pool closed due to bacteria, laundry not available, we were told everything was available, under construction which was not

they didn't seem to understand what i meant by door between rooms we were traveling with alot of kids

the pool has too much chlorine, the kids eyes burn badly and headaches after swimming, pool area is too hot/steamy
