the pool staff was brilliant on a cold weekend, making fun games for our daughter

it's awesome and so much for the kids to do as well as adults

would have preferred an adult only pool.

of the windows need replaced, ac is in bedroom and windows in living room/kitchen are not sealed at all and it does get a bit warm, they did provide fans which is excellent

need a broom and dustpan in the kitchen. we felt bad about tracking in sand...

over the phone pre arrival- we arrived in an rv and there was ample parking and allowed for me to park for 3 days

super soft beds. a beautiful secluded pool. easy access to beach.

site parking lot can become difficult to navigate if several large vehicles are parked poorly

moved me to a suite, which was two rooms, one just like the other room, the other turned into a kitchen with table, chairs,

like the kitchen staff they were excellent

bathroom needs overhauled, breakfast / kitchen short staffed

because “of covid” they closed the kitchen too so they gave us a bag with canned orange juice and a muffin

we got an upgrade to a suite with a kitchen.

kitchen = coffee machine & microwave, but no sink, and no equipment (plates, cutlery) whatsoever,

i asked for a refund only on the cleaning fee and the early check in fee(since we used the early check in to actually clean the room ourselves)and was

no continental breakfast but room had kitchen area.
