location was perfect and having direct access to the pool from the room was exceptional

i arrived at the gorgeous property and i was checked into a double bed room with a kitchenette

the surface of the pool deck is on the lower pool deck is-it is super hot and very hard (almost impossible) to walk on

the staff takes special care to provide visitors with everything they need in the kitchen and elsewhere

i loved the location, i liked that it had a kitchen, its own laundry room; i felt like home.

wifi connection kept getting disconnected.

only negative was the poor quality of the wifi

we got the spa room it was nice and quiet and right on the river

definitely use a guest laundry room, wish the pool was open but i understand because of the weather

the beds were great i loved the little kitchen and the room was big enough for six people

because i have two picky eaters we usually stay in condos to have access to a kitchen but the kitchenette in every room is what sold us

accommodation is very good, the room is very comfortable and the kitchen makes it very easy, especially for those with children

you have a kitchenette, but don’t offer a toaster oven or something to help with making meals
