the serve yourself kitchen was a nice touch and the breakfast was amazing

the 24 hour “kitchen” was appreciated

continental breakfast was always well stocked with coffee, tea, muffins, juices and jams

for breakfast at 7:15, nobody was there, until about 7:45 asked if i wanted a hot breakfast

made to order hot breakfast and 24 hour snack bar (all included) can’t be beat

wifi is an issue if the hotel is full

i’m being picky, the pool is quite small and the restaurant was quite pricey for what you get (though breakfast was

pool and gym were open and safe (one person/family at a time)

used the gym, was clean and fully equipped for covid and cleaning, good protocols for use of gym and pool

the staff especially those in the dinning room were very helpful and kind and the kids loved the pool time, however the pool water was cold although the website was advertised at heated

resort itself is beautiful and i ve visited the spa many times

very pretty ground and spa area. food was fabulous!

we wanted to use the spa and it s closed in mondays.

one room booked was not cleaned when we checked in & one member of staff at spa was rude & abrupt
