no toiletries, no kettle etc in the room- have to use the common kitchen for all that.
did not get the location of the kitchen therefore could not warm any food
very nice decor separate kitchen with cooker &
location, value for money, excellent room , very big kitchen with everything you needed.

what really makes this place special though is the couple that run it and the breakfast
was a nice size and the bathroom was spa like
great hosts, very accommodating and friendly. excellent breakfast!
elder brook house adjoins the new inn pub and we really enjoyed popping through to the friendly bar and having a pint of well kept ale
parking, reception could be tidier

the spa facilities were clean and relaxing
i had a beef burger for dinner with 5 room service charge
instructions for coffee machine, details to contact reception, or any information about room service, food etc provided in room
spa facilities perfect after a long drive. lots of outdoor space foe the kids to run around too.
up my room as an office, complete with my printer and boxes of files and i used their excellent wifi to learn, train and practice over zoom

noise from kitchen also
we where late for breakfast on the day of leaving by 20 minutes but the kitchen opened again and cooked us a breakfast
service was a little slow, however renovation work was being done in the kitchen
the kitchen is fantastic with delicious home cooked food being served by a skilled chef and kitchen

the fact that the pool and gym were included in the price, which was lovely to relax in after a long day at the tattoo

were told on arrival that the restaurant was fully booked with no bar food or room service available
very friendly atmosphere, great location, lovely building & exceptional spa facilities
place to stay spa was lovely also
the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and very clean
one issue with the spa which had two very loud drunk people smoking in the spa area disruping the peace
