kitchen was old (needs an upgrade) and lacked a full complement of cutlery etc for four people (+) was immediately and politely given another room with a larger kitchen and proper windows (+)comfortable beds very clean ,no dust anywere, large tv, and good kitchen in room housekeepers very pleasant,helpful staff hotel restaurant food was very good live (+) kitchen (+) well equipped kitchen area (+)it was great but wish that the kitchen was open. (-)no kitchen service. (*)it was a great place to stay. had everthing you needed in the kitchen (-)only one ancient elevator that is hard to get to, no dishes or cutlery for kitchenette (+)was super comfortable, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom was super clean (+)room spacious, clean and comfortable. having the kitchen was a great bonus!!

stayed 1 night in the king suite with kitchen was perfect for us and our toddler who enjoyed running in circles to each room

having the kitchen in the room made it possible to make my own breakfasts.

i loved how the kitchen was left open during the night so we didn't have to leave the facilities

a kettle in the room would be nice, but free tea and coffee was always available in the kitchen.

was a lot of noise in the morning coming from the kitchen area at the top of the stairs outside our room

quiet, amazing staff and a great restaurant the spa service was also excellent

although we couldn't check in they suggested options for breakfast, sightseeing and places to visit

it was by the laundry room, which you could hear the washers and dryers going late into the night

spa at the monastety, is one of very few hotels that i've stayed in that has laminate flooring

good location and hotel facilities (pool, gym, etc)

we love staying here, the pool is great and the staff is very friendly.
