two pieces of gym equipment broken

farah was such a pleasure, we came in very late from a night out and without us even asking she offered to put us down for a late check out

the gym was closed and the café was closed and they had no rooms on the first floor that we would have

breakfast was skimpy. we had to ask for the trays to be refilled.

this room was cheaper than other “leading” hotel chains but with the kitchenette features homewood suites is far superior

the bed was comfy and there was a ceiling fan and basically a full kitchen. no complaints.

breakfast was something i wanted to get out of my stay, but i'm not a morning person, so

no breakfast as was advertised

room was very nice compared to most scottish inn i wasn't up in time for breakfast so i was very disappointed with that but i'll definitely return to find out

got to our room with our food and guess what we saw crawling on the kitchen floor a huge cockroachud83eudd2e we couldn't believe it

there was coffee mug stains on side table, tables, kitchen counter were not wiped

and i had to figure out something to do for an extra hour and find somewhere to eat since the kitchen was down, unexpected

having a kitchenette is good and it's close to heb which is a great grocery store

there wasn't any coffee neither in the room nor in the office. the kitchenette was well aged.

have any problems just wish the other stayers leave a little breakfast for the families that wakes up

i came for the pool but it was closed due to covid

nice people sweet and everything and i really enjoyed it there the only thing they had a swimming pool and it wasn't open so we've been we got us another motel and the people there we stayed there

we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite.... loved the 2 seperate bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

a/c was loud, toaster in kitchen broken - only one slot worked, had to know which one

the kitchen needs more items and dishwashing

having a kitchen made it fun to bring our favorite vacation snacks

felt the rooms were quite dark and could use more light - particularly in the kitchen/living room

our last day we saw a roach on the kitchen counter

the room was better clean and modern. it has a small kitchen which was perfect for my snacks.

i loved the room very spacious and loved the whole kitchen set up

that there is a indoor pool fireplace outside with patio is lovely i loved that the room had a kitchen

on the room was working poorly, internet was slow and fitness room is very small

an employee told us we could not open anything or have food because there was a bar

it had a kitchenette so i could have food and cook in my room

the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean, although we didnt partake, given the cold weather

breakfast was excellent, the pool was the perfect temperature for swimming laps and front desk staff were exceptional
