lighting in the living room and kitchen is terrible

lighting in the kitchen was minimal

think it must have come from the laundry that way

nice staff, spacious room, good gym

breakfast room service was also a 45 min wait and the potatoes were cold, they did not bring any condiments

car parked in parking lot with lights on and no heavy curtains to block light.

the hotel restaurant is ok but the bar is definitely lacking in service!

pool and hot tub sold us

have the hot tub closed for covid-19 reasons but no masks are required, nor is the pool or gym closed so it seems like an excuse

a great continental breakfast with fresh fruit, a selection of cereals, milk, orange juice, doughnuts, yogurts etc

and more like snacks for kids

everything except not enough towels. loved the pool,wish it were open earlier in the morning

we waited 30 min to check-in, had to climb four flights of stairs with our luggage; no kitchenette as promised

since we like to eat a hearty breakfast, the kitchen came in handy for cooking eggs, ham, etc

in the kitchenette, the only pan available to make hot water or heat up something had pealing teflon - not

i am grateful for the housekeepers, kitchen & front desk staff, they’re all pleasant

also, the vent over the kitchen seating area always seemed to blow cold

surprised by a full kitchen ( sink, stove top, microwave, full frig and full countertop) only wish we had stayed

can get a kitchen with every room booking

the kitchen was well-set up and there was plenty of room to unpack and spread out

the pool area was hot and stuffy and the breakfast was not complementary.

shower door kept opening and bar was closed because of a sick call

kitchen door was left open so all the brooms and mops were visible which detracted from the dining

room had kitchen but no supplies - not even dish soap and sponge to wash our own containers, let alone any

pretty good size room with a kitchen area and even a balcony

breakfast was delicious and the pool was great as always :-)
