we enjoyed the novelty of the sweetie shop and crazy golf

wifi signal was very weak or non-existent in the bedroom

the spa was amazing

lots of parking spaces and free

rooms were lovely and clean , breakfast was excellent

excellent breakfast. very hot food which is a rare on buffet! nice staff, great value for money.

inconvenient with pre-teen kids, probably problematic with younger kids

also the breakfast was outstanding

reception stated it was steam from kitchen, this must happen on a regular occurrence so would need looked into

too warm with no air conditioning, our room had the smell from the kitchen coming in the window when you opened it, but we needed it open as it was so warm, air

is autistic and only eats certain foods this wasn t an issue one of the wait staff went to the kitchen and got her food, just wish i could remember her name she was so lovely and engaging our

room was over the kitchen and there was a constant air con/ machine noise 24 hours which disrupted my sleep

put in a room with no ac and over the kitchen so it was quite noisy

it would be even better if it had a pool/spa but there was a jacuzzi in the room

great evening meal only bettered by the breakfast

would have liked a swimming pool.

i have ever stayed in up there with the savoy and dorchester in london superb executive suite, breakfast and dinner was really excellent as was the wine choices and not expensive the pianist in

we went to the spa at lough esque and also had afternoon tea there, it was less than 5 min drive and we loved that

general and major maintenance issues along with dated decor and lack of kitchen items
