really small gym, received a room that was not clean

pay for parking, gym not big,

lovely bar area and bedrooms decorated well.

a bit tacky and very expensive. also no bar / restaurant.

my main disappointment was with the limited machines in the gym

the location in relation to the university is fantastic and the rooms contained a small kitchenette with dishes, utensils and small appliances that makes the preparation of small meals

a kitchen (stocked) was very handy

didn't use the kitchen facilities but everything was there to cook a meal

was comfortable very clean fresh smelling room and ito our surprise it had a little kitchen, microwave, mini fridge and a stove and dishes so had we to stay longer we could have done

parking was tricky.

private parking, clean, charming staff and the beds and linen are wonderful, especially the lovely quilts

condos offer good space for 3 kids.

and access to the room right from our parking space was so helpful

there was a small kitchenette area with cupboard space, a coffee maker, and the small fridge and microwave worked

earlier check in trying to charge 15$ more i did requested early check in via email no reponse girl was rude when i tried to check early

location to ski and golf facility. in room microwave and fridge were great.

pool, et to have a full kitchen

comfortable and clean, ground floor rooms, well equipped kitchen, excellent swimming pool

old furnishings, threadbare chair, kitchen table and chairs nice to look at but wobbly to use

kitchen was adorable, bed was comfortable

kitchenette wasn't functional, there wasn't even a kettle to boil water

kitchen and bathroom high quality and large and had anything you could ever need

brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too

decor, great location, loved the secure underground parking, very spacious, great kitchen facilities

also the kitchen was equipped but could have used a few more dishes and cooking accessories

beds, spacious, great bathroom / shower and tub in the suite, plus nespresso, full kitchen, really nice spot

wide range of facilities including a pool, tennis courts and lake activities

pressed juices at breakfast - no bread / fresh baguette served at breakfast - could not go to spa to enquire about services as they close when there is no appointment - limited vegetarian

staff very friendly , the lake view, the chalet for family , the pool arrangement, the bikes

the bar area has been recently renovated and expanded, and it's a great place to wind down the day or

we were off season so couldn’t enjoy all the facilities (pool, kayak, swimming in the lake…) but they have electric bikes and a beautiful trail near by we
