best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

kids did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from back garden

a workman was working on door when i turned up and was back when i was leaving if i never had kids with me i would not have stayed i would have went 2 another place or came home u had 2 sit on

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

it was immaculately clean, cosy with lots of touches that really made a difference, especially after an 11 hour

appreciated the fact that we weren t charged extra for room service however the touch points were increased due this not minimised

no bookable spa treatments, if i was to return i would have to book in

everything, staff very helpful and we were there for golf so perfect location.

wifi was awful

com) the kitchen in the lodge was very well equipped and an additional bonus of milk, cereal, pain au

as well as stylish décor, a very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed, we ate dinner in the clubhouse which was a beautiful space, and

helpful when ferry delayed -offered lots of suggestions re food including asking kitchen to leave sandwiches if too late for dinner

long weekend away with friends in the 6 bedroom lodge, complete with kitchen, pool table and outside putting green

minor for me - coffee machine broke at breakfast but they made us fancy coffee with another machine free of charge

the small kitchen was modern and well equipped

loved the wee kitchenette facilities

added bonus of kitchen area with well stocked utensils and equipment

the kitchen facilities were a little limited - no over but perfect for what we needed

the kitchenette was very well stocked and adequate but would have been handy to have an oven but again

room 102 was right above the kitchen so was quite noisy with a tumble dryer that's the only thing negative, was lovely though so

room 102 wee bit noisy due to being above kitchen but ok. room huge and dog settled

room was above the kitchen (102) and it was quite noisy from the extraction fans of the kitchen

not a complaint, for dinner i was seated at the table in the window, directly adjacent to the kitchen door

amazing food; the kitchen chefs are excellent

the food was fantastic (breakfast and dinner) and the team catered brilliantly for me as a vegan too

did not like the glass tables at breakfast, makes it a very noisy meal with all hard surfaces

they also have an excellent spa at the hotel which we’d highly recommend

from the spa services hotel room and of course the staff are a real asset to the overall experience

the girls at the spa were wonderful and the overall service was fantastic from start to finish
