best hotel we've been to in a long time & will definitely be rebooking to come back with the kids during summer holidays

kids did not like the smell of cigarette smoke coming from back garden

a workman was working on door when i turned up and was back when i was leaving if i never had kids with me i would not have stayed i would have went 2 another place or came home u had 2 sit on

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

it was immaculately clean, cosy with lots of touches that really made a difference, especially after an 11 hour

very clean well kept grounds friendly staff kids play park was a added bonus

spa getting turned off at 11pm

simple requests like ketchup for the kids not being actioned, the sauce arrived after we d finished eating and after we had to chase

wifi great, fixtures quality, plenty free parking, not too big a hotel.

possibly misses a swimming pool, that would make it complete

relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, good food. wifi included

haven't found such a good spa and hotel for a long time

in both the sports bar and restaurant was fab

50 for a room service tray charge is pretty steep

long weekend away with friends in the 6 bedroom lodge, complete with kitchen, pool table and outside putting green

com) the kitchen in the lodge was very well equipped and an additional bonus of milk, cereal, pain au

helpful when ferry delayed -offered lots of suggestions re food including asking kitchen to leave sandwiches if too late for dinner

as well as stylish décor, a very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed, we ate dinner in the clubhouse which was a beautiful space, and

breakfast was amazing as was the valentines dinner exceptional would definitely recommend staff

there is a shared kitchen for tea/toast in the morning and a cafe for breakfast or lunch that is only metres away

interior design welcoming cosy well equipped kitchen/ communal area spotlessly clean quiet lovely

amazing building loved the wee kitchen you could use in morning

loved the kitchen area downstairs, although we didn't use it

access to the kitchen meant we had wine glasses, cutlery and could have a lovely take away and not worry where

room was above the kitchen (102) and it was quite noisy from the extraction fans of the kitchen

room 102 was right above the kitchen so was quite noisy with a tumble dryer that's the only thing negative, was lovely though so

music noise either from bar area or kitchens, into early hours of morning so sleep was at a minimum, mainly because of party groups

the chef and kitchen staff clearly care about the standard of food they put out, we both had the christmas menu,

we missed breakfast but the gentleman on reception offered to go into the kitchen and get us something before we

stay it was buffet style breakfast- too many people and not enough breakfast coming out this to e we were served- it was

and since you offer laundry service a washing machine that doesn t take several hours to do one load

issues with wifi

wifi wasn t good. the signal was weak and couldn t really use it much.

the small kitchen was modern and well equipped

the kitchen space had everything you needed for the short break away, 2 ring hob, full size fridge &

the kitchenette was very well stocked and adequate but would have been handy to have an oven but again

added bonus of kitchen area with well stocked utensils and equipment

apartment was spacious and the kitchen was very useful
