especially the pool

i only went to collect my things daily and to use the pool on the property

tv was small and the stove didn't work so properly. pool needs upgrading

towel & bed linen change when requested, kitchen equipped with everything to prepare my meals

the kitchen had every utensil you could need which is important if you intend to be cooking

stayed in e13 so my reply has nothing to do with the other units old tatty furniture kitchen very basic not much utensils mold around the sink mold on bathroom window air conditioned

rip, door to the balcony need fixing, dining chairs need upgrade was afraid to sit too fragile, kitchen wall need fixing tiles from the wall came off, drapes need washing

no food on site however you will get a full kitchen to cook for yourself.

however the 1 in e block was very disappointing, in dire need of updating and kitchen not very well equipped

love everything about the sand castle, very new, clean excellent staff , restaurant and laundry on premises right on the beach

i like that the room was as described and the place had food, clean pool and a private beach.

you can't really enjoy the pool or the bar at night because there was too much smoking

beach was not good there was no sand for the kids to play with really the chairs were practically in the water it was full of seaweed and

property; helpful, courteous staff; great food options, and lots of activities for adults and kids

were ants everywhere, in the kitchen and bathroom sockets, bathroom counter, stove etc

the room e20 overall, very clean and the kitchen and bathroom areas are exceptional

walls roaches in kitchen housekeeper needs to pay attention to walls and patio areas the rooms need

kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and a large fridge

the rooms needs cleaning, the bath in 53 needs scrubbing, the kitchenette cupboard need fixing, in other words, the place was run down

this was more a hotel stay, no kitchenette but it was still great.

the kitchen/bar staff was professional and friendly especially with my children

there was only one trashcan, and it was in the kitchen

a very scenic, well manipulated property with pool, hot tub and bar

very clean, spacious, lots of activities including pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, swings

had access to laundry, and clothes line which was a must-bring or buy own soap

every morning before breakfast we went in to the river beside the hotel to have a nice cool down

the kitchenette is a great feature of the place, it may need some refurbishing in the near

location was really exceptional -really great deal; also appreciated the kitchenette and big refrigerator -very

2 single beds pushed together. not enough kitchen equipment.

there are roaches in the kitchen

the kitchen. it has sufficent utensils . however some appliance did not work.

wifi was weak

the accessibility of the wifi. the pool area was awesome with the entertainment center.

towels were dirty and floor need to be sweep. the wifi system was not user friendly
