wifi should be available in rooms not just specific communal areas such as lounge/ reception areas

good but it s a shame kids not free

the beds all looked like kids divan beds from the 80s and didnt feel particularly structurally sound

yelf whose family were already established as wine merchants in what s now the black sheep bar adjacent

sadly we were above a bar which was noisy until the early hours

excellent kitchen facilities. very comfortable bed. very clean.

amazing facilities, shared kitchen and lounge/dining area was really good. great location.

i also loved the kitchen and dining area - those were super pleasant surprises

there is a kitchen and lounge area with everything you need if you dont want to eat out or, as i did, took a

guest kitchen was well equipped and clean, and would definitely use more if i was staying longer

there was even some items for breakfast in the kitchen and a little vino to sweeten the deal

it was very well decorated and the kitchen was stocked not only with equipments, but also ingredients for breakfast

host breakfast items, orange juice and full tea coffee making facilities fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine

stunning living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom

kitchen area contains everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine for the use of

off street parking , nicely situated

staff, parking, clean comfortable room with loads of extras - good food in fact we ve already booked for

no designated parking spaces for overnight guests. car park can get easily become full.

wifi could have been better.

wifi was absolutely shocking.

was friendly but no mention of wifi information or local highlights like we heard someone else talking about the next day

breakfast was delicious, the bed really comfy and the room very clean

great staff, breakfast and central location

the breakfast is excellent served in a pleasant room overlooking the garden

the breakfast was exceptional and very hot with a lot of choice

during our stay and my only reccomendation would be to turn the top of the car park into customer parking spaces too as the others are on a slope and under bushes and we're a little tight

bar being open would have been a bonus but we loved our stay and look forward to it being up and

looking forward to staying again when bar and garden area completed

parking was a little tricky, spaces are quite close together.

inside, the bedroom we had was fine - comfortable beds, shower, plentiful hot water, good wifi connection, tv, kettle

in a good location ( a short walk from old shanklin, shanklin chine and the beach ) with private parking
