pool is excellent and near at beach

the pool was always clean, and perfect for kids

employees at reception area, pool, bar and brava were exeptional, friendly and great atittude

the hotel accomadated our early check in and allowed us to enjoy the facilities while we waited for our room

was no music at the pool and the rules include no speakers

the bedroom was too hot comparado to the living room and kitchen

the place is air conditioned but it was in the kitchen so it will not flow into the room

we miss the outdoor kitchen.

rooms are spacious and provide from fridge and microwave up to complete kitchen (depending on booked room type)

i thought it would have a bit more in the way of kitchen facilities but it was manageable.

we hardly had wifi in the room. there were no towl hangers and a lock on the bathroom door

it was in the ground floor right in the communal kitchen, so very noisy especially in the mornings

the villa needs some updates. specially in the kitchen.

didn't swim in the pool, but it was large, looked clean, and felt like a reasonable temp

the pool is to die for, a cold plunge to rejuvenate is a great way to start

dining service closes at 19pm which is quiet early, no bar service, consequently we prefered to spend the night in the village instead ( maricao)

best location for relaxing. nice pool! good coffee!

wonderful, the area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, close to the beach, there is a swimming pool on the territory and everything is green

couple of small things were broken, no bubbles working in the jacuzzi, shower by the pool did not have a handle to turn on

the hot breakfast served with seasonal fruits that included passion fruit was exquisite

loved hacienda tres casitas. the breakfast was always good and hot. the service was excellent.

they had pool tables and a pool area where you can bbq and it is very close to el poblado

the suites have a modern decoration with kitchen and air condition in the rooms.

staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request

book only hotels with the pool, otherwise i don't move

just by the beach, very good restaurants meters away, underneath the room a very lively bar on weekends, perfect for a drink, lots of very friendly locals almost no foreign tourists, the

peaceful, access to all commodities (pool, beach, continental breakfast, restaurants within walking distance)
