only complaint is that the salad i ordered for room service was a bit overpriced

the elevators, check in, parking, breakfast were all confusing and being given no explanation was frustrating

upkeep was good and also loved the gym access, it had a better gym than most hotels let me tell you

didn’t work, maintenence came but couldn’t fix, elevators were confusing and the gym was full of kids not sanatizing equipment, and they ran out of sanatize wipes in hyundai
