it was close to where we wanted to be. the pool was also nice.

each room seems to have a tv, microwave, fridge, and a little kitchenette

entrance w luggage was up back funky old fire escape …right past a blast of kitchen exhaust smelling of french fried

room smelled like a grease trap from the kitchen vent below

no plates, cutlery, paper towel, kitchen washcloth, trash bag

love the full service kitchen

in the kitchen in the room there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, popcorn, and a dishwasher

the kitchenette in room with the fridge was a nice amenity too

and a fully functional kitchen

pool, hot tub, basketball court, kitchen, breakfast, pillows to die for

was very well appointed, inexpensive, had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfy, ac worked well

we did not use the breakfast.

the breakfast is not i expected

they had a good continental breakfast.

continental breakfast is definitely sufficient and worth the price

breakfast is classic continental (pastries, coffee, juice), so don't plan on eggs, waffles, etc

good location, easy to get to, parking was good

more good options - a snack coffee type bar would be nice

it would be nice to keep little kids out of the jacuzzi.

they offered a preorder room service breakfast too

we also wish the gym was open

small kitchen table with a booth was useful as well

newley renovated rooms are very clean but they have no plates kitchen towels or cups

we had ants in the kitchen and outside of the doors on the concrete patio area

pretty basic rooms and the kitchen closes early.

clean well kept old fashioned motel with a great pool and a great view

my husband said the garbage outside the pool wasn’t emptied for the two days we were there.

this did not upset me but may if traveling with kids

beautiful view of lake seneca, trails and waterfalls connected to the property for the kids to play on, daily breakfast and a fire pit for s’mores roasting

was a cute little place with wonderful cabins, great restaurant & bar and hiking areas with waterfalls

staff and owners are so knowledgeable and kind. the food and bar were exceptional!

they should have a play area for kids & a corn hole or bocce ball game area
