the pool needs a little tender loving care

pool sun area is in between the olive trees. i enjoyed it but its not very polished

peaceful and beautiful surroundings parking good check in, very easy with lots of information on whatsapp

there is plenty of parking onsite and the staff were lovely

if i was going to be really picky then breakfast service is slow

no food available in the afternoon or evening..no bar no cafe etc

pool was fabulous

hotel is lovely - right in the centre of town, gorgeous views over the city, kitchen available for coffee and tea / cooking, comfy beds and super clean

for ramadan, i needed a warm, quiet, comfortable place with an in-room fridge and a kitchen, and this stay filled the bill

looking at a cozy street,comfortable bad and common areas with kitchen

was able to cook a couple of meals in the kitchen and everything worked out great

kitchen public area is great if you want to microwave your food or have warm water for drinks

could not get wifi except for a little while at start made life very difficult

wifi worked well, great location, ac was cold, staff super helpful

wifi was a no-go for any video call.

liked the kit for the kids

had a kitchen area but there were no glasses for drinks etc

but did wonder why our room (303) had a small tea kitchen that took up space in stead of a drawer maybe or closet to keep your belongings, since

there was a very small kitchen in the room with a refrigerator

think the room should have had glasses as it had a tiny kitchen with nothing other than coffee cups but otherwise everything was spot on

easy to access everything in city centre rooms were great - modern well furnished with a small kitchen too mostly updated rooms - though usb charging points would have helped great places to eat

wifi was slow

clean and a good set of weights at the gym

all spoke english communal areas light and airy meals good value and wide selection excellent wifi

check in, car parking, laundry service was fast, padel court was awesome

breakfast cereals would have been nice , kids evening food was a little expensive and silly hats for swimming
