were running late to our event and did not eat breakfast, but i did go fix myself some coffee and wished that i could have eaten breakfast it

appreciated staff's adherence to do not disturb; appreciated late hours of pool and gym

during covid 19 so pool was closed but other than that, everything was relaxing & perfect

the indoor pool was a plus

the kitchen is fully equipped and the gym is pretty good compared to other hotels in the same price

that they had a kitchenette so i got to cook i like that

the hotel was brand new and was a good location to the highway and the hard rock casino

always courteous enjoyed our trip minus not knowing the casino was closed trip became just a getaway instead of poker

liked how it was close to everything and it was right across the way from the hard rock casino

it was very close to the hard rock casino, walmart, quiktrip, shopping and lots of yummy eating places

then we went to the hard rock hotel and casino for a birthday party

the bed was lumpy and the pool was not working

people smoking weed in hallways, a lot of shady characters hanging around the parking lot

i liked that there were cameras all over the outside of the building to watch the parking lot

side and around the hotel parking lot) i was so afraid my car would get broken into

staff was friendly and helpful. parking was easy. it was nice to have a fitness center.

craftsmanship of room seemed hurried as drawers didn't roll or set straight, corners uneven of kitchen and bathrooms counters / tiles etc

was a very good location, the staff were amazing, the lady in the kitchen was so nice and helpful, ready to please us in whatever we need, the front desk personal

included with my stay, but since there were so many guests staying for the concert, it seemed the kitchen couldnt keep up with the demand

the kids loved swimming. the pool was clean, we had plenty of towels, and it was plenty big!!
