staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items, but worst issue was the hotel

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

at first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub

the unit was dated and at least one cabinet door in the kitchen was broken

almost a $400 room, an advertised kitchenette, and yet not a single bit of silverware

beautiful historic hotel. my room was wonderful. third floor right next to spa which wad handy.

have an open agreement with the campground next to them for timber ridge patrons to use their laundry facilities which was a very nice benefit

the view was of the rv park. finding the parking area was a little odd.

also having the laundry facility on site was awesome too

we were outside of the town and shared a parking area with an rv park, but this didn’t negatively impact our time

in mind it is a hostel with shared kitchen, baths, and common spaces, this is a nice place and a good value

queen suite room was spacious and clean and stocked with all the utensils and kitchen items i needed

the bar & dining room downstairs had a charming, old west motif & very good pub food & pleasant,
