heated pool wasn't working properly during our stay so we couldn't use it

parking gets tricky at night cause all the traveling work crews check into the hotel and double

to make things worse, i overheard what sounded like a staff member responsible for laundry knocking on a guest’s door and rebuking them for stains on the linens

it was sold to me as a non-smoking room but it had cigarette burn all along the tub on the kitchen table and my comforter on my bed

had coffee stains, dirt in tub came up, grocery bags left in kitchen drawer from previous guests, sticky floors, stained lounge

the room was dirty, dust everywhere, someones nails on the floor, it says “full kitchenette” online - nothing like that, there was one spoon, one plate, and one fork in room for

kitchen utensils without having to pay for them cups , kettle, toaster, knives forks and spoons

and the kitchen came in handy also
