lacks 24hr in house concierge service no iron no microwave in room however communal kitchen fully equipped with utilities to prepare meals

staff were so kind and professional, and it was nice to have the kitchen available for the leftovers we had on this trip

was friendly, room was clean and cleaned everyday, i had a parking pass for my car so i was able to stay in the lot of harbor landing, it is close to good

i liked the bar and restaurant service and the cocktails were lovely

and friendly and the room we had in the roxana building had wonderful light and a view of the pool

needed another bar rack for hanging overnight cases in the bathroom

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

a fridge, a microwave and a small kitchen, very clean and functional

upgraded room to larger room with kitchenette. close to the beach, and resturants.

kitchen pans were not non-stick so everything burnt or stuck to surface

with 2 queen beds and a kitchen set up sans cook top

liked the home atmosphere and theres a kitchen to use while there, beautiful porch and right across the street from the inn is the site

the games, books and board games were really appreciated by my kids

were incredibly kind and very proactive in making sure we were taken care of, fires were lit, the kids had s'mores sticks and hot chocolate

the sofa bed on which my kids slept was a bit on the small side for 2 kids (narrow).

bagels for breakfast were a little stale. but they had other foods to choose

indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, included breakfast, pleasant and friendly staff

room was very large, amenities were great, breakfast was decent also.
