pool closes at 9.30 pm but i get it.

breakfast had everything i like it

friendly! breakfast was perfect just enough to get your day started.

we loved the breakfast

​the pool area features a swim-up bar with two dope bartenders who are very personable and fun

also we didn’t like that the bartender at the pool disappeared for over 30 mins so we couldn’t order a drink

the music at the pool. it was way too loud and annoying.!

hotel transfer with stay would be amazing and better service at the bars in the hotel and pool

the staff even drove us over to the beach with their golf cart

eggs at breakfast buffet were gross. so runny

we did not have breakfast there.

the breakfast at the palm was great and so was the staff.

i like the location, the beach ,the staff, the hotel himself ,the casino etc...

breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations, hyatt gets a 11/10

it s not a big hotel but that made it very family friendly since the pool with swim up bar and restaurant were all right there

we did some laundry and took the clothes back to our room to dry

booked a room with ocean view and was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the pool

way too overbuilt. beach and pool way too crowded. i would suggest the ocean club instead

fact that the hotel is right on the beach makes it priceless but be careful when you book ( full kitchen does not mean you have oven and dryer in washer is not a laundry

having a kitchen made a big difference and the place had grills available for use

gym is extremely small they should either remove the bicycle and treadmill and add a few extra

we had an amazing time hanging by the pool as well

the pool was beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach (or you can take the beach shuttle)

private, lush gardens around casitas, pool area very private, quaint, location, staff, private beach with huts for sun protection, chairs

the spa and fitness room is just steps away from the casitas and the massage therapists are talented

food choices were confusing for room service especially at night...

they have a pool restaurant/bar with great happy hour from 4-7 every day

apparently room service is an option but we didn't realize that until we were almost ready to leave

there is a casino next door in the other hotel so it's fun to walk over and play if you desire

equipped kitchen so you can even cook or prepare a breakfast if you wish

comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities washer/drier nearby, everything was perfect

room was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed

the kitchen, aplliances, fridge, utencils, pots etc

no strainer in the kitchen :d

having the full kitchen was very convenient

it would also be great to have tea bags and coffee pods in the kitchen (salt and sugar would also be great)

also, some lighting in the kitchen area would have been nice to better see what you're doing, and also for the early morning

was a construction/remodeling work going on and workers had too much visibility of the pool area
