huge pluses: ✅a fully stocked kitchen with crock pot and skillet

very impressed with the kitchen

with a little research we found off site ice skating and sledding for the kids

was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed since the weather was rainy and chilly.

the cabin was spacious and clean. the view was beautiful. the outdoor pool was very nice

no towels in the pool area, had to ask for them

not many other people there to compete with the pool time. the front desk lady was friendly.

old facility. no tv guide. pool closed. no breakfast or coffee. seemed short staffed.

sheets didn’t stay on the bed the water came out of the tub and sink a grayish black color the pool was slightly dirty the staff was always no where to be found check in took almost 30 mins

it was warm and cozy with the fireplace and it was nice having a kitchen

kitchen was well equipped

no elevator to second floor. small units could use kitchen utensils.

the cottage was wonderfully furnished, clean, spacious, good playground for kids.

or the convenience of having all of the comforts of staying in an apartment-style home with full kitchen, comfortable living room, washer/dryer in unit

room was out dated and the air conditioning unit was loud, along with the pool area staying open way to late which created a ton of loud noise

also the maze to get to the pool because of the construction

packed we were never able to use the pool or hot tub our entire stay

food in the restaurant was excellent, and the golf courses were beautiful, and challenging in a great way

however, the staff working the bar and kitchen were so kind and very nice

desk, house keeping, maintenance gentleman , kitchen staff and water park staff were all so friendly, everyone was happy and helpful it made our

breakfast was not what we expected but totally understandable due to covid restrictions

nice breakfast. the pancakes was a nice change from waffles.

my kids were so excited to wake up to eggs at a hotle

the facility was absolutely spotless and loved the water

location, comfortable beds, perfect waterpark for younger kids, well staffed with super friendly people and a good breakfast

the pool guy was a little too strict with all the kids

bed were comfortable, large room , water park was great and not crowded

the beach area and arcade were enjoyable for my kids
