loved the seating area and the kitchenette in the studio room.

well set up for people travelling for work - our 'room' had a separate living room and kitchen facilities which were a great bonus

unfortunately my room also had windows that opened over the kitchen ac unit which was very loud and

room was next to the kitchen extractor fan which was noisy and smelly

the kitchen is small but functional, and it was great that the owners encouraged us to take our food

great to have microwave, kettle etc and access to kitchenette

we got carrots in the morning to feed the deer nearby as she knew the kids would love that
