have been a light in the kitchenette area and when we booked the room some rooms advertised non smoking and others did not

clean rooms, comfie beds, clean kitchen and lot

the kitchenette area was not very well lit

a light above our kitchenette was out.

staff and clean nice rroom and clean nice swimming pool and good continental breakfast too

nicely appointed kitchen, spacious den & king size bedroom

had our own food but kitchen was great and well stocked with tools and appliances!

had a few cracked floor tiles in our kitchen area that get a few visual demerits, but otherwise we were pleased across the board

the parking area was dangerous because of dropoff at end of parking space

the breakfast items available at the registration area is a nice bonus

provides coffee, pastries, snacks, yogurt, fruit for breakfast, actually available all day

spa tub motor was broken ;-( i needed that tub after a very stressful day but it was deep and (+)my daughter and i loved the property! it was so cute. we felt safe and loved the spa bathtub. (-)spa tub was too high for my wife to get in (-)was hair in the spa tub we didn't even turn it on incase more stuff come out

breakfast was a little disappointing

onsite bar was nice for after game with good food

great location, walk to iu games sleepers bar with friendly staff

bar in lobby is an x factor for motel in this price range

the bar on the side of the hotel was very nice too

have a bar attached to it now newly renovated excellent place wonderful staff

bed was comfy, small kitchen was also very convenient

love the kitchen space and real dishes/glasses

room was spacious, kitchen was equipped, and loved that you allowed our dog!

kitchenette was a trifle small, was expecting a bit more but it wasn't decisive at all - this stay

room is nicely equipped for family stays or just the luxury of a kitchen area.

the breakfast was delicious with enough tables to choose, you can sit as a couple or sit at the common

i love the breakfast in the morning and how quiet it is.

coaches bar & grill on site was very nice, as well

thankfully the snack bar had good food options as restaurants were closed due to weather

we had more coffee available in the kitchenette and more bath towels in the bathroom

although we didn’t use it there was a nice kitchenette that seemed well stocked
