we didn't eat breakfast and kitchen was closed for dinner. location and the hot tub.

that came in to eat at the buffet didn't have silverware or napkins, so he would go into the kitchen and just get that person's silverware and/or napkin, or he only brought one or the other

the hot tub wasn't working and the pool a bit cold but otherwise, everything was terrific.

 there was quarter inch thick dust in the bathroom and on the cabinets in the kitchenette area refrigerator

thankfully we were able to get a shuttle to the food court at cleveland clinic

our room service dinner was excellent

it's difficult to get room service to answer their phone.
