breakfast was excellent with great choices, good bar area and superbly decorated throughout, next time we’re in ponty this is where we’ll stay

we liked everything about this hotel , staff, room , bar all was top rate .

the bar / restaurant on the ground floor is very striking, attractive and welcoming and the staff

worked better if black out as it was very light in the early hours of the morning, quite a noisy bar just a few hundred meters away which

stairs a struggle if infirm .. lift was a tad slow wine in bar was beyond disgusting ...

we arrived late and their kitchen was closed so they recommended a very nice local restaurant a couple of miles away which

well planned, comfortable, warm, great shower area, useful location, good parking, kitchen well equipped

kitchen was useful

wifi didn't work, kitchen facilities not as described

oven and kitchen cannot be used for insurance reasons (fridge and microwave are available)

was no tv in the bar to watch the rugby,also didn t like the language coming from staff in the kitchen when we were sat in the bar

you can hear the kitchen fan but in a good way, like an ocean going liner about

its size, location, facilities available and definitely kitchen and its food

food smells from the kitchen seemed to linger in corridors too

11 was next to the kitchen fan which was very noisy until 11pm and from 8am sunday morning

the boys thought it was fabulous and as one was poorly on arrival the staff made sure we had room service brought to our room

excellent breakfast and very convenient location. very clean and comfortable room

wifi was not working in my room and they send me the wrong invoince

very comfortable and clean and perfect location. buzzy bar and restaurant downstairs as well
