11 was next to the kitchen fan which was very noisy until 11pm and from 8am sunday morning

corridor smells of kitchen cooking in evening, we got a massive whiff of curry on arrival which is off putting

bath; fan on last legs noisy - double glazing to panes don't block noise smell / smeech from kitchen was pungent; and it wasn't a busy night no attempt to offer help with luggage which was a

room 4 is next to kitchen extraction and water services and can be noisey

stairs a struggle if infirm .. lift was a tad slow wine in bar was beyond disgusting ...

the bar / restaurant on the ground floor is very striking, attractive and welcoming and the staff

bar area, room was nice, clean and spacious

we liked everything about this hotel , staff, room , bar all was top rate .

breakfast was excellent with great choices, good bar area and superbly decorated throughout, next time we’re in ponty this is where we’ll stay

the parking entrance is narrow.
