were a little upset because the pool was closed, we were really looking forward to cooling off at the end of the day

neither the bathroom not kitchen sink had water less than steaming hot

the floor in the bathroom/ kitchen was ice cold

onthe last night thw cold water in the tub and kitchen area would only give warm/hot water very quiet setting and couldn't hear our neighbors

not the worst place but definitely needs some maintenance to property and kitchen should include the necessities or state

by the time that fiasco was over there was no breakfast left

a room upgrade if available and got a room with 2 queens, a sofa bed and a murphy bed and whole kitchen for the same price

the housekeepers & kitchen staff very nice but definitely was not worth at all i wish i would have saved my money &

staff that worked in the kitchen were very nice but the guy that worked front desk was very rude to

room window overlooked the active and vibrant pool area

too soft, the a/c unit didnt really get the room cold, if youre on the second floor you dont get wifi at all

efficiency kitchen was great and well equipped

i liked the size of the room and the mini-kitchen area.

staff, great breakfast, very clean, comfy bed,large kitchen perfect location shopping and restaurants
