cleanliness, friendly staff and the breakfast

the suite was spacious and clean. breakfast was better than expected!

the breakfast was good

no signs for gym, but i don't know if a gym was offered

kitchenette was a huge plus and helped save money

love having the kitchen available

he was very short and made me feel like i was asking for a million bucks and not some kitchen utensils

having the kitchenette and that they had pots

kitchen availability to save on eating out for all meals

had to use a kitchen dish towel tried calling the desk but the phone was dead snowed overnight and had long walk

the convenience of having a kitchen really cute studio

expecting to be too late to get anything to eat, so i brought my own and used the kitchen facilities

their were bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. they did not offer to discount our stay.

the in-room kitchenette was such a treat, as were the items available to borrow such as a waffle maker

suite had a stove, mw, fridge (full size), dishwasher and kitchen equipment i

i liked that the room had a kitchen in it.

the hotel is relatively new, peaceful, and very clean with a functional kitchen with all the amenities and everything is how you see in the pictures

the studio king room is super clean, including the kitchen amenities, as well as the bathroom, which comes with a body wash and shampoo and

apparently you could also order custom omelettes from the kitchen-maybe at extra cost

utensils in the kitchen weren t cleaned well

if you don't like the buffet, you can order from the kitchen

the fan in the kitchenette area was full of dust like it hasn't been cleaned in forever

we also had a living room with a full kitchen

kitchen was well stocked for eating in and and cooking

staff were great! clean room with comfortable bed. kitchen were clean we didn’t use it.

there was only one person working the kitchen and he was trying his best

the kitchenette lacked some utensils but it was easy enough to get some from the personnel.

i booked my stay for (10/10-14/2024 there was two false things online no kitchen , no breakfast at this location

advertised as breakfast included, but i've been told that kitchen closed on weekends

both the breakfast and pool were not accessible for months . this was very disappointing

suite was perfect, it has a full kitchen (excluding stove) including dishes, dish soap and new sponge to wash, and dishwasher pods,

my only complaint would be that the kitchen didn't have a stove and the room phone didn't work

also the room had a lovely appointed kitchen area and yet no cleaning substances were available for cleaning cups and other untensils

lobby bar and kitchen open very late

that a staff went to check on us because when i did check-in it only was my mom, aunt, me and the kids at front desk

the kids would’ve love being able to go for a swim while at the hotel

the laundry area has one washing machine

the pool was small but my kids had a good time.

i couldn't sit in there to watch the kids for long without my eyes burning

also, the pool wasn't open due to covid however the even smaller gym was open
