pool closed a little to early, morning breakfast staff was rude and lazy.

didn't know they had breakfast.

continental breakfast included cereal, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice

kitchenette had no dishes, flatware or cooking supplies at all

room was cheaply furnished, absolutely nothing provided for the kitchen

no hair dryer. tv didn't work but we didn't ask to have it replaced. no kitchen supplies.

there’s an infestation as there were roaches around the kitchen area including the counters, and in the bathroom

i can't allow me or my kids to stay at this hotel again in the future unless the bug problem is fixed
