(-)room 105 - it is adjacent to the kitchen extractor fan and the whole room hums while the fan is on (until the kitchen shuts at

somewhere to sit, have coffee and read the paper which is away from the public bar and

our stay there were some issues that meant we couldn t order room service when we returned to the hotel late from being out

impeccably clean, comfortable, modern, fantastic staff and great bar and restaurant

room 123 is very small and the window opens directly on to the roof of the kitchen an kitchen ventilation system is right up against the window so we couldn't have the window

no air-con and above the kitchens, so noisy & smelly

i could imagine someone else might be expecting some form of hob with there being a kitchen but we would have found no use for it

genuinely impressed at the extent of the accommodation ie full kitchen dining area, separate lounge area, separate bedroom and en suite too

the living room was comfortable and open, with the kitchen connecting

modern and with living area and kitchen is far more compared to a hotel room and for price it s excellent value for money
