the villa was lovely, we especially loved the pool and the outside seating area

we also made use of the gym, which was a good facility compared to most hotels

a couple of years ago , i remember once having some wifi connecting problems and having to work late hours and juan found a solution for me ( their (-)wifi was not consistent. (-)the wifi speed and signals were a bit of an issue. otherwise all was perfect (+) very comfortable room, good wifi, able to watch netflix on our computer, some english channels on tv (+) excellent wifi for those that want it and no need to keep entering password (-)unreliable wifi service (-)bad wifi (+)with carrying the pushchair or luggage up and down the steps room is modern and clean and good wifi the roof

also, very friendly and helpful reception staff - appreciated the option for a reasonable late check out fee ahead of a night flight

the bar staff were brilliant and the views were gorge
