underground secure parking for bikes was a bonus

the exit from the underground parking was ridiculous unless you re driving a tiny car

with airco, friendly staff (certainly the lady receptionist in evening of 11th sept), good wifi, nice location on 20 minute walk to vieux port and city center, parking facilities in the (-)wifi you need to log in regularly, some noise in corridors and from neighboring rooms, no elevator (+)were all necessary things , like a desk and wifi (-)couldn't access the wifi (-)the wifi wasn t reliable, had to login time to time.

- special baby/kids package with soap, shampoo and sponge - very comfortable bed

wifi is a pain as you have to log in each time even if you click remember me

there was very little choice on room service and no dinner time or evening meal service

also, option to order eggs, bacon and oysters for room service breakfast-in-bed was a great treat

for a little extra cost you can get an awesome, all-you-can-eat breakfast and coffee

the cabinets in the kitchen area were closed with a key, i asked the reception for the key who informed me you needed

are also quite a walk from any shop or restaurant but we were surprised by a well kitted out mini kitchenette which was very useful to have
