the pool and jacuzzi were both well-kept and clean

the hot tub, pool and outside bbq was a very nice touch

one is that the keycard locked at the first hour in the morning so if you go out to take the breakfast or anything, you have to call the housekeep to unlock it

during the night it was raining and the rain flowing off the roof to the sidewalk/parking lot was rather loud

back after dinner parking was difficult, but it was fine

bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple and good, play area is really nice.

lead cord was used to run appliances in kitchen area and had to move appliance to make it work properly

stuff in the kitchen no glasses no coffee cups no forks and spoon

the kitchen was cramped and i had to move oven to another plug. fridge went off for the day

the drain in the kitchen sink was not connected tightly and leaked

part of the property had bicycles and kids toys all over the lawn area

it's also centrally located to stores, restaurants and fun activities for kids

everything the help was awesome and room was clean and had great pool for kids will stay again

our room had a private balcony and overlooked the pool and the ocean

were in an individual cabin with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen large enough for a table & 4 chairs

some families from our baseball team also stayed here, and there was lots of space for the kids to play whiffle ball outside

huge rooms, with a full kitchen, and all modern amenities. very lovely site.

bagels for breakfast were a little stale. but they had other foods to choose

the breakfast area was clean and stocked with bagels, bread, yogurt, cereal, bananas, oj, coffee

there were just a few other guests, so it was very quiet, and we had the indoor pool all to ourselves

our suite was 2 miles from the main hotel area on the golf course

property w/ pools, water activities, golf and restaurants

needless to say the staff was more than accommodating and our kids were thrilled

we are an older couple with no kids with us

also, i was hoping there was a discount for the golf while staying on site

beautiful location, comfortable beds, nice staff, pool and hot tub, a lot of history

activities already booked up for kids so not much for them to do

their attention to detail our room, the grounds, the staff, bar and food it was top notch!

the beach area/ bar folks were working very hard

beach bar was fabulous and the terrace restaurant was spot on

pool closed earlier then we d like off season.
