the pool is nice and the showers have strong water pressure and hot water

pool was small but refreshing

i like that it near food places and it got a pool

the swimming pool is great, because the temperature gets quite hot and humid in merida and the water on the pool

the indoor pool. water was stagnant. didn t look as if it was used in weeks.

8 year old wanted to swim in the pool but it didn t look like it was being cleaned properly

were very spacious, with comfortable king sized beds, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, although we did not use it

rooms are modern and comfortable with a full kitchen

the kitchen area is fully stocked so we were able to make a few basic meals which is great

the sewage in the kitchen was a bit smelly

the kitchen inside the room is an amazing feature

i didn’t take it, because nobody tell me, about the breakfast or coffee

although there was a kitchen, there were no plates, pots, utensils, etc...

was no coffeemaker, no kitchen amenities as are expected in any extended stay-style property

the bed was good and the room was spacious, and the kitchen was sufficient

i understand that in normal times, you can use pots/pans from the hotel but the cupboards in the kitchenette are empty

you also have to request all of the items to stock the kitchen and that is a bit of a nuisance

estelle kept our room and the house very clean and made coffee and offered to make us breakfast

the breakfast is cooked to order plus fruits, yoghurt and granola but there were 2 days that they

i paid extra for breakfast but in the morning when i went to have my breakfast they said the kitchen is closed and they don't serve any breakfast (cause of the covid)

the garden pool area very wrll maintained kitchen staff waitersvery friendly and helpful

kitchen staff let me use the fridge to keep some milk which was nice

laundry near by & plenty of places to eat nearby

access stairs to the kitchen and patio were not well designed

we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the free snacks

room - we had a room on two floors with kitchen, balcony to the upper floor

we had the loft suite which meant we had a terrace and kitchen area at the top

the staff, from the front desk, to the breakfast cook, to the cleaning staff all did a great job

the attached coffee shop provided a nice breakfast alternative to standard mexican fare

if you chose to skip the breakfast, they offered a delicious boxed lunch

we had free use of the kitchen when needed and also the washing machine
