the lobby restaurant and bar was perfect for coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening

also no gym on site was a huge detriment

she was able to arrange for me to get a late check out and check my bags

the bar area in the room was a little dusty and the coffee maker had a used cartridge.

also the customer service of everyone from the bell hop, to the front desk, room service and in room dining were impeccable

i felt like i was in miami when we were sitting by the pool all day
