was a huge bonus, rooms were very clean and the use of kitchen facilities was very helpful

access from the m3, parking available and also close to the local amenities and rail

well considered homely, comfortable- above and beyond facilities (lovely robes , kitchen , great bath) the best pub and restaurant with the (+)apartment was very comfortable, super clean & very well presented & kitchen facilities well equipped (-) only slight niggle with the apartment was the small kitchenette: it was lovely, had everything needed but the sink was too small for some of the (+)apartment, high end furnishings and decor- all beautiful, very comfortable and spacious with kitchen, fridge and microwave

10 minute drive to wedding venue and 10 minute walk from kew gardens. free off road parking.

in contact was attentive, kind and professional including receptionists (mat, nikoletta, elle), room service staff, also the restaurant management (edyta) (+) there is daily room service and a good wifi (-)i did not like is the daily room service, as i was staying for a week i was expecting atleast they should change towel and

clean. had a good kitchen, very spacious. two beds. good quality sound on the tv. no complaints.

however, enough places to get some and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped to make some yourself location is great
