breakfast was not that good and need to improve when we enter to have breakfast no body assist us

after the first room service my toothpaste disappeared, a very expensive medical one

first class service, spacious room overlooking the harbor, great breakfast & a wonderful wine bar next door made the trip terrific

everything works, from wifi to streaming

bar downstairs has loud music which goes late, so not a good sleep before 1:30 am

the gym is completely new and fully equipped, and the hot sauna was a real highlight

good place for kids and adults alike

the room service menu was a disappointment (we had a suite where we could have dined on our second (+) apartments are ideal for the self catering needs of a family but with the niceties of a hotel (room service and daily cleaning) (-) we then ordered room service, which was pretty good

everything else is fine, well equipped kitchen is a definitely plus for families

the garden lounge was an absolute delight and there was a nice bar with tapas available

lovely outdoor bar area and very friendly staff

kids have spent their time on the fronton, playing with other kids and enjoying typical basque

bar and tapas platter available for aperitif time

studio apartment 2 had huge wet shower room, dining room with kitchen, bedroom with tv with some english channels, good wifi

the kitchen facilities meant we could cook our own food

and the kitchen area was useful

having a private room and the facility to use a kitchen was very practical and exceptionally good value

minimally decorated room, but with good shared kitchen facilities

there was an open kitchen for use and coffee was free
