my reservation from single bed to double bed for free of cost and i like the rooms and the pool they also provided me an iron box thank you for your hospitality

nasty, the bathroom was nasty, the bed was very uncomfortable, the refrigerator was torn up, the pool water was nasty and cloudy, and i had to ask for more towels and wash cloths
