i thought i had a full kitchenette and a sitting area/couch in the room when it was a standard size room with a small

downgraded our room and it took 2 days to sort out, no dining table /c chairs in room with a kitchenette while picture of room showed one, insufficient

were dirty and grimy, food from the bar was expensive and mediocre at best and not from the hotel kitchen

we also had tiny ants in our bathroom and kitchen area

no dresser drawers, small closet and wasted space for kitchen

it also had free parking and a kitchenette

nice view. clean room. useful small kitchen.

the room is in excellent condition feel your are at home because it's has mini kitchen just perfect for family

the common kitchen idea is great in principle, but i not a fan of using utensils and dishware in the scenario

very friendly and helpful, laid back, appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities too.

the highlight though was the on-site waterfall with a large pool where you can rent sups or kayaks

beautiful short hike and lots of fun in the pool under the waterfall

view overlooking the waterfalls and river pool was much more impressive than i was expecting

the enormous common and kitchen is full of sweet little details about the island and a large lanay and bbq and kitchen to

guest can use the very large kitchen area and living room

appreciated the great range of facilities, including a shared lounge area and kitchen, as well as laundry room and free parking steps away from rooms

there is a massive kitchen, common room as well as a laundry room, which can be used by everyone

there’s a common room with books and games, and a full sized kitchen

we would have rented both 2-bedroom suites which would have given us access to the upper kitchen and living room

i was afraid to use anything in the kitchen, even to make sandwiches on the counter

advertised as a bed & breakfast the kitchen contained equipment but no food (let alone a breakfast

the amenities are thoughtfully maintained, and the pool is always a highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating every time

spa great hot tub /. beds & fans = good nights sleep

cacao tree to chocolate on site, unique juices, fully equipped gym, etc

to have a certain experience (very free spirited) but do not come here if you are looking for a spa hotel or a comfortable base to visit the volcanoes national park

we weren't given any information about the use of the spa or the included breakfast which i am assuming makes up most of the nightly cost

kitchen area had glasses and mugs and eating utensils

kitchen area only had a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge

as a kitchenette but i’d say it wasn’t

adding a toaster to the kitchenette or placing one in the common area would be much appreciated.

kitchenette is nice looking but not the most practical to prepare a meal, eat, and wash dishes
