breakfast, room, bed, staff, pool, phenomenal! by far my favorite stay in the black hills!

breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage plus all the normal carbs and sugar

friendly and helpful. clean hotel. comfortable bed. convenient location. great breakfast.

made our 3 night stay easier and saved some money by doing crockpot meals with having a kitchen area

as a family it is important to have a kitchen.

the suite offered a lovely kitchen and two separate bedrooms

there were activities every single day for the kids and the splash pad/pool/mini golf were all free

we loved the location, convenient to everything. so much for kids to do.

an indoor pool would be nice but it was amazing regardless

the golf cart rental could be better as far as the number of guest allowed on a cart

decent bar and restaurant; i had a south dakota ipa (22 oz) and a chicken fried steak

when shawn in kitchen came out every morning to welcome us, tell us the weather, tell a joke, then remind us that

front desk doesn’t have scissors kitchen doesn’t have a real knife to cut apples

the breakfast area was crowded - but it's summer and tourist season.

beds and pillows were great after a 12 hr drive. breakfast was hot .

kids love the swimming pool alot, love the breakfast, theres store's and foods close to the hotel and its really close to

good continental breakfast

very well maintained and clean. nice kitchen and and very homey.

the massage chair and spa shower was a bonus after a long few days

loved it so much ! loved custer that shower is like a spa day !!!

the adjustable bed and spa shower were over-the-top

there are robes & face masks for each, a sound spa machine next to the bed, a stool for the sauna/shower

the spa shower was awesome. also the power bed was a treat.

we got a very large & spacious room with a king bed and a separate kitchenette

our unit had a second bedroom that also contained a kitchen equipped with all the kitchen items we needed to cook some of our own (non-gourmet) meals

like the big house with all the amenities like a kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the space there was

unit has two distinct rooms, a bedroom with 2 full beds and a separate studio area with a small kitchen area and sofa

it was difficult to decipher if i was renting a unit with a kitchenette or not!

the person who cleaned the kitchen area was very pleasant
