as mentioned previously kitchen floor still very dusty after work had been carried out i think

i think they had just finished renovating the rooms and were waiting for the kitchen to be delivered in order to serve a full menu however, the bbq offerings were absolutely

stayed in the one bed apartment, on entering it seemed very pleasant and nice and warm but the kitchen was very grubby crumbs all over the worktops, oven was dirty and the fridge was balanced on

30, but when the kitchen can't get the food out by that time then removing drink options is just rude

just been worked on so floor in kitchen very dusty, but facilities good

the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking

towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen everything was there

some of the kitchen utensils looked very questionable

everything. clean, comfortable bed & sofa. well equipped kitchen.

15 as kitchen closed but breakfast served until 9

we even managed to get booked in to the garage spa

everything stayed many times before parking, staff, hospitality excellent.

plenty of parking and hotel has a spa too

no phone signal at hotel and wifi is poor

room was beyond expectations as it was an apartment , so lounge /kitchen area was an added bonus

one room is a bedroom, adjoining a shower room, a space with washing machine and then a kitchen/living room where the sofa bed was set up

having kitchen was helpful and practical too

a specials board in the restaurant and bar would have been good.

nye disco started too early with kids running around whilst we were still eating our meal

great views , lovely food and breakfast. wonderful place and staff. loved it .

if we were being picky the bar area could do with a better seating.

we were also situated above the places kitchen and at 6

room was next to the 7 exhaust fans above the kitchen so very noisy

room was directly above the kitchen air con units which started at 6 am in the morning and was extremely loud as well as being

staff went out of their way to make us dinner although we arrived just before the kitchen was about to close

room,could hear extractor fan from main kitchen ,poor location of kettle and fridge in wardrobe ,possible

clean, traditional and full of character. lovely kitchen and walk in shower.

however, this wasn't a big issue and we watched things on our phones instead as wifi was very fast

parking was a bit tight

there was parking which was a bonus and a good location for key hot spot locations to visit

cream cake on arrival. wet clothes dried on aga overnight, friendly staff, good car parking

had the garden room which was lovely, it had two bedrooms, a large well fitted out kitchen, nice sitting room and a conservatory

skill in the kitchen both my dinner and breakfast were straight out of a packet where they go on about using

a choice of sugar free desert would be needed, this did not seem to have been passed on to the kitchen

soulless welcome, the view of the kitchen and loading area, the constant traffic noise and the truly awful wifi

confusion regarding breakfast room service that didn't arrive

our room was in the loft, which was a wonderful space, with a huge bathroom and a small kitchen and dining area for our use

have been before & as stunning as the 1st time, big rooms, amazing beds, full kitchen, faultless

a double room and when i was shon my room, it was a whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen/living room area

it had two bedrooms, kitchen/lounge and a great bathroom with bath and walk in shower

to road diversions but the staff were very accomodating and made sure we got a meal before the kitchen had closed

30 pm, the kitchen had run out of many of the food items [only evident after the order was taken]
