of the staff, from the receptionists, the restaurant and bar staff, to the gift shop and water sports equipment people were exceptionally courteous,

very family oriented and great entertainment for kids.

i also liked how they provided breakfast so we didn’t have to stress at all about finding a location for it

they had pool tables and a pool area where you can bbq and it is very close to el poblado

do not have a bar or restaurant in the hotel

are very clean, a/c is cold, pool is great, hot water, security and private access to the combate beach

the bar restaurant was close i stay there year back and the bar was great to bad it was close this

next to the beach, excellent pool and pool table.
