tanesha in the kitchen was awesome

they had a kitchen which we didn’t use

the kitchen, and the vanity area separate from the bathroom

the kitchen facilities are full and look nice although we didn't have chance to use them

of the plates in the kitchen closet was wet

will be interested to be able to use pool on a future visit

i don't know if it was the location, but there were kids running up and down the hallway, fights right outside our door, yelling coming from other

clean rooms...full size fridge....pool was clean....

we didn't plan for it but the indoor pool was a nice feature

of the staff had zero patients for the kids and were extremely rude to them and very condescending to the adults

well stocked communal kitchen and easy parking

loved the self-serve bar and then coffee in the morning

the wine/beer bar was the perfect touch

i especially loved the self service bar with ciders, wines and craft beers

super clean and so fun! the bar had amazing options! and the staff was so nice and kind!

the breakfast was ok.

laundry was free and accessible

had to ask for spa tub jets to be cleaned and air conditioning had a musty smell.

have liked more hot water for the spa tub, and breakfast was just okay nothing special

the bar is always open

we really like the gym, pool and hot tub

parking is across the street from the hotel and since it is also a public parking is not kept up to

had pool

shuttle service made all the difference

disappointed that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovations

so i don t see why we had the room all the way at the end of the hall with a bad view of the parking lot

water park and ski facilities were at lodge

bar was closed, the water park and pool had shortened hours 10am-6pm

loved the decor and layout of the space. kids loved the water park. rooms were very quiet.

the indoor water park, at first did not excite me, however, once i realized i could enter the outdoor pool

good location and nice bar and food there.

shower-head, the bathroom faucet was a bit cranky & could use redoing, & there was only one small bar of hand soap

smelled bad. smokey? poor quality sheets. run down appearance overall. one bar of soap

and very accommodating about my early check in request

quite a basic breakfast in the morning but we appreciated it nonetheless

we stayed in a room with kitchen which was very spacious and comfortable

we reserve a room with kitchen amenities and we only had a microwave oven and a mini fridge

cumin, though there were no items in the breakfast menu that would've suggested it came from the kitchen

kitchen are wasn't cleaned each day and wish they had kitchen soap to wash things.

they said breakfast was included but there was no food just coffee plus toast.

the owners provided a reasonable coffee bar with fruit in the common area

wifi was great

breakfast was just toast & coffee. room a/c had no adjustment

perfect breakfast! delicious yogurt and granola

i liked how the staff treated us! to the extent of opening the pool for my nephew after hours!!

lots of really hot water:) there’s a pool as well but it was chilly… about 5 minutes from the lake and village

exactly what we expected - a well priced motel with a comfortable room and a pool

pool, location, good mattress, good price

the pool was clean
